Rates and conditions

Prices are for stays of 7 nights, preferably from Saturday to Saturday. For an extra bed, add € 30.00 per day. Long stays: –10% (not applicable during peak season). Direct bookings or early bookings: –5%.

The prices include accommodation, kitchen use, linen, and utilities. Breakfasts and daily cleaning are excluded. Final cleaning fee: € 45.00 for a studio apartment, € 55.00 for a two-room apartment. Mid-week linen change. Shorter periods than a week are also available upon request, subject to availability.

Studio apartment

The studio apartment is an attic unit composed of a single room of about 45 sqm. It features an equipped kitchenette, oven, fridge, ceramic glass cooktop, a round table with 4 chairs, a comfortable double bed, a fireplace, a balcony, an LED TV, and a bathroom with a shower. The studio can accommodate 1 to 2 people. There is the option to add a baby cot (€ 10.00 per day) or a third bed (€ 30.00 per day). The studio apartment can also have one or two adjacent double bedrooms with private facilities annexed; price upon request.

Two-room apartment

The two-room apartments on the first or second floor consist of one room with an equipped kitchen, fridge, oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, sofa bed, table, LCD TV, alongside a double bedroom with an LCD TV, telephone, a large balcony, and a private bathroom with a window, shower, and complimentary toiletries. The two-room apartment can accommodate 2 or 3 people. There is the option to add a baby cot (€ 10.00 per day) or a fourth single bed (€ 30.00 per day) upon request.

Policy

The booking must be confirmed by email and finalized by sending a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount via bank transfer within one week of confirmation. Our cancellation terms for individual bookings are as follows:

• The deposit sent at the time of booking is non-refundable;
• Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. There may be the possibility of a voucher if the room is re-rented for the same period and price;
• Last-minute cancellation (2 days prior) or no-show: the entire stay amount may be requested;
• Cancellations due to catastrophic events or lockdown affecting our specific region or the region you are traveling from: we will retain the deposit for a future stay in the form of a voucher.

N.B.: The tourist tax is not included in the published rates and is equal to € 2.00 per person per day, calculated for a maximum of 7 nights - children under the age of 12 are excluded.
