Snacks and tasty breaks: fresh and genuine flavours
Starting with breakfast, we offer local and organic products, including homemade cakes.
Throughout the day you can choose different options for a light lunch, tasty snacks, and original aperitifs. Among our proposals are fresh yoghurt from the Dairy with seasonal fruit, dried fruit, honey, cereals, smoothies, juices, salads and hot or cold dishes, all prepared with ingredients selected from local farms.
Our organic vegetable garden
In summer we have a vegetable garden in the back of our house and an herb corner.
If time and climate permit, we organically cultivate vegetables and herbs to be included in the products we offer on the menu. This is something we are very proud of because it allows us to observe the growth and taste the products we have grown and cared for, and you can taste the difference. We use drip and timed watering, organic manure and do not use fertilisers. For products that we cannot grow ourselves, we rely on a local social cooperative that has greenhouses and several plots of land.

Aperitifs are enriched by live music, evenings with book presentations and small cultural events, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere.

Among the choices are seasonal fruit, smoothies, hot and cold dishes, and desserts to enjoy with coffee, tea and herbal teas. All products are chosen from local farms and carefully selected.
