Our ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT is composed of a single compartment approximately 45 sqm. with a fully equipped kitchenette ,oven, fridge , electicstove, round table with 4 chiars , comfortable sofa bed, fireplace,balcony ,LED tv, bathroom with shower. Minimum occupants of 2 people ( 3rd person dioscount of 30%).
The two -roomed apartment consists of a Studio apartment in the attic with adjoining double bedroom, two bathrooms ( one with shower , the other with tub ), in the living room a comfortable sofa bed, ,LED tv and a balcony . In this apartment the minimum of occupants is 4 people ( 5th person discount of 30%).
N.B. : not included in published rates the city tax which is € 1,60 per person per day for a maximum of 7 nights .Not applicable to children under 12 years .

The deposit is not refundable except for agreements with the management.
Cancellation policies vary depending on the period of low,medium or high season.
Low: the deposit is retained for another stay if the cancellation is made 14 days before arrival. No show will retain the deposit.
Middle : the deposit will not be refunded, cancellation up to 7 days before arrival will retain only the deposit, after 7 days or no show the whole amount.
High: the deposit will not be refunded, cancellation up to 14 days before arrival will retain only the deposit, after 14 days or no show the whole amount.
The balance will be paid upon arrival at the hotel. We accept cash, cheques and all types of credit.
You can ensure the amount already paid , the deposit or the entire stay , with the Convention special insurance Allianz.
