CONDITIONS:
Prices are for minimum stays of one week and include accommodation in CLASSIC double ensuite rooms with Tv, telephone, balcony, hairdryer, WiFi connection and buffet breakfast.
REDUCTIONS AND SURCHARGES

CONDITIONS:
Prices are weekly and include accommodation for 2 people in a
one-roomed apartment and for 4 people in a two-roomed apartment,
bed linen changed weekly and bathroom towels changed on request,
heating, gas and electricity charges included, arrival and
departure on Saturdays, a deposit of € 100 is required and will
be returned on departure.
Final cleaning charge obligatory € 35,00

The deposit is not refundable except for agreements with the management.Cancellation policies vary depending on the period of low,medium or high season.
Low: the deposit is retained for another stay if the cancellation is made 14 days before arrival. No show will retain the deposit.
Middle : the deposit will not be refunded, cancellation up to 7 days before arrival will retain only the deposit, after 7 days or no show the whole amount.
High: the deposit will not be refunded, cancellation up to 14 days before arrival will retain only the deposit, after 14 days or no show the whole amount.
The balance will be paid upon arrival at the hotel. We accept cash, cheques and all types of credit.
You can ensure the amount already paid , the deposit or the entire stay , with the Convention special insurance Allianz.
